We also welcome local businesses, small businesses, and vendors to join us during our Annual Showcase!

This is a wonderful opportunity to promote your products or services, connect with athletes and families, and introduce your business to members of the local community.

The vendor fee is $100 and is completely nonrefundable. Once payment has been received, your vendor spot is confirmed.

Each vendor spot includes:

• One table
• Two chairs

Vendors must provide their own:

• Tent
• Power or electrical source

Vendor spaces are limited, so we encourage interested businesses to secure their spots early.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone to another amazing Evolution All Stars Showcase and celebrate our cheer, dance, and local community together! 💜

We welcome All Star cheer teams, recreational programs, school cheer teams, dance teams, studios, and performance groups of all ages and levels to participate.

Participation is FREE for your team and up to two coaches.

To secure your performance spot, we do require:

• A completed team roster
• A $100 refundable security deposit
• Deposit must be sent via Zelle

The $100 security deposit will be returned the day after the showcase once your team has performed.

Please note:

• If your team is a no-show or cancels at the last minute, the security deposit will not be refunded.
• Teams may cancel by November 20 with a valid reason and remain eligible to receive their deposit back.
• Your spot is not considered confirmed until both the roster and security deposit have been received.

Space is limited, so we encourage programs to secure their spot early.
