OPEN GYM - Dates TBA on Instagram
Open Gym at Evolution All Stars is a supervised training time where athletes can come in and work on their skills in a relaxed environment. It’s a great opportunity to practice tumbling, jumps, stunts, drills, or conditioning outside of regular team practices.
Open Gym is not a structured class and does not include formal instruction. Coaches are present to supervise the floor for safety, but they are not providing lessons or guided training. Athletes are expected to work independently on skills they already know or are currently training.
Open Gym is free for current Evolution All Stars athletes. Non-members are welcome to participate for $20.
